Vicki Grossenbacher would like to say that David Beilby will always hold a special place in my heart as I had known him since first grade and we were actually boyfriend and girlfriend in gradeschool. He told me I reminded him of Sally Field's character, Gidget. We were confidants and good friends for many years. I accepted and loved him. It is very sad what life's stessors and influences of substance abuse can do to people as brilliant as David.
He contributed much to society (music, gymnastics etc.) in his earlier years--Jr. High and High School. He was a loyal friend to me and I shall never forget him.
