I was shocked to hear of Ron's passing. I knew Ron from Calvert grade school throughout  Southeast high school years. Many good times and laughs were had together with Ron.

Ron was a good friend and great person to know I consider myself lucky to have been his friend and the world is a lesser place with out him .

I wasn't any special friend of Ron's but he did help us get our wedding invitations printed back in 1977. We are friends of Leigh Ann's sister and brother-in-law who live in Lincoln now. On our recent trip to Lincoln they gave us an update on Ron. It seems he couldn't adjust after Leigh Ann's passing. So sad but it's a blessing now so that he isn't suffering anymore. He and Leigh Ann are together again.

Ron was always friendly and would greet when passing in the halls, etc. He just seemed so "down to earth" and kind. He would make time to talk or share conversation if the time was there. Prayers and thoughts for his family as well.
