Worked at Sears Retail Appliance Store, Great Bend Moved back to Kearney, 1977; worked for Sears for 14 years Worked at Cabela's Call Center, 1988-2003 Activities: member of WIBC, Kearney Bowling Association and a Big Apple sponsored bowling team; had bowled in several national tournaments in Reno, Nev., Fort Lauderdale, Fla. and the Quad Cities in Iowa; enjoyed reading, doing crossword puzzles and bowling, and she collected Boyd's Bears Survivors include: husband; son, Eric of Kearney; daughter, Angela Bauer of Reading, Pa.; her parents of Lincoln; brother, Steven of Lincoln; and one grandchild; also son-in-law, Ryan Bauer of Reading Was preceded in death by her grandparents Kearney Hub, 3 March, 2004

Sandra was always smiling - she was a very smart and very happy person. I only knew her in school and haven't seen her since. I receive the obits from Lincoln (since I live in NC) and saw where her mother passed away - then saw that Sandra was also gone. Sad to know. She was fun to be around. - Pam Beggs Ballard

Sandra was a joy to be around. We shared several classes, and often had a couple of good laughs or light-hearted moments. So saddened to hear of her passing a while back. Another beautiful soul taken from us too soon.
