Pat passed away due to heart failure on November 7, 2012 in Vancouver, Washington. He is survived by his daughters and his grandchildren.
Pat was an artist, musician, photographer, book, comic book, movie and music collector and a comic shop owner. He was always very talented and creative and pursued every one of these endeavors with a true sense of passion that was uniquely Pat.

I'd known him since Irving Jr High. I used to sit in front of him a lot, since the teachers loved that alphabetical order stuff. He was a good guy and wouldn't harm a flea. He'll be missed.

I will be forever grateful that I had reconnected with Pat after all these years and was able to share some great conversations with him in the last few months before he left us. We were 'talking guitars' and sharing music videos on line, just a week before I got the heartbreaking news that he was gone. I miss my friend and feel privileged to have been able to contribute the above 'in memory' entry for him. One of the sweetest people I will ever know.
